About us
To bring transactions and data transmission on the blockchain to the next level.
Founded in 2018, bloXroute Labs operates a global relay network that sits beneath public blockchain protocols to accelerate transaction and block propagation. The company's Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) serves as a private, high-performance layer that helps traders, validators, and searchers achieve faster execution times across Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Base, and other major networks. By bypassing the bottlenecks of standard internet gossip protocols, bloXroute enables millisecond advantages that can determine success in competitive DeFi environments. The infrastructure handles billions of dollars in daily transaction volume, serving hundreds of trading firms and institutional blockchain participants who need reliable, ultra-low-latency data and transaction routing.
Products
The core offering is the Blockchain Distribution Network, a global relay layer that optimizes how transactions, bundles, and block data move across blockchains. Data Streams provide real-time feeds of pending mempool activity, swaps, and new blocks for algorithmic traders and searchers. Transaction and Bundle Propagation services enable direct submission for block inclusion with minimal latency. Validator Solutions help node operators manage order flow and MEV protection to maximize rewards. The platform currently supports eight chains: Solana, BNB Chain, Base, Ethereum, Hyperliquid, Monad, TON, and X Layer.
Funding
The company has raised approximately $100 million across multiple rounds. A $70 million Series B in April 2022 was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from Jane Street, Dragonfly Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Pantera Capital, and Flow Traders. An additional $10 million was secured in April 2023 from Flybridge Capital Partners and Dragonfly Capital. The funding has supported expansion across new blockchain networks and scaling of high-frequency trading infrastructure for institutional markets.
Recent news
In December 2025, bloXroute expanded its Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) to support execution and data services for Monad, Hyperliquid, and X Layer, bringing its total number of supported blockchain networks to eight.
Technology
Backend systems and gateways are built primarily in Go for rapid block propagation and low-latency transaction routing. Client SDKs and internal services use Python, Rust, and TypeScript. The infrastructure runs on AWS with Docker containers for deployment, utilizing services like ECS and managed through Terraform. Real-time data streaming integrates gRPC, WebSockets, and REST APIs. Frontend tools use React and Vue.js for trading interfaces. The team works directly with core blockchain software like Geth and Prysm, maintaining CI/CD pipelines for deployment across supported networks.
Benefits
The team operates fully remote across a global environment with unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays for flexibility. Health benefits include 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan with 5% salary match. Summer hours allow employees to work from home or finish early on Fridays. The company maintains connection through virtual holiday parties, quarterly team outings, annual anniversary retreats, and regular All Hands meetings. Compensation packages typically include competitive base salaries and equity options.
