About us

To support the adoption, growth, and long-term success of the digital asset ecosystem.

Figment provides staking infrastructure for institutional crypto clients, helping them earn rewards on digital assets without giving up custody. The company serves over 1,000 institutions including asset managers, exchanges, custodians, wallets, and foundations, managing more than $15 billion in staked assets. As the largest non-custodial staking provider for Ethereum and Solana, Figment offers point-and-click staking, API integrations, portfolio tracking, and slashing protection across 30+ proof-of-stake protocols. The team of under 200 operates fully remote across 23 countries, with offices available in Toronto, New York, London, and Singapore for those who want them.

Products

The core platform provides non-custodial staking across 30+ protocols including Ethereum, Solana, and Polkadot. Institutions get seamless staking with slashing protection, audited infrastructure, and portfolio reward tracking through dashboards and CSV exports. Figment's APIs let clients integrate staking directly into their own products and platforms. The company also offers white-label validator solutions for institutions that want to brand their own staking infrastructure, plus restaking and liquid staking options for more advanced yield strategies.

Funding

Figment has raised approximately $275 million across multiple rounds since 2018. The company closed a $110 million Series C in December 2021 led by Thoma Bravo, with participation from Bitstamp, Avon Ventures, and ParaFi Capital. Earlier in 2021, Figment raised $50 million in Series B funding led by Senator Investment Group and Liberty City Ventures, with Galaxy Digital and Anchorage Digital participating. The December 2021 valuation was reported between $1.29-1.4 billion.

Recent news

In March 2026, Figment was selected by BlackRock to provide validator infrastructure for the iShares Staked Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHB), a significant endorsement of its institutional-grade staking platform.

Frontend development uses JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 with Webpack bundling, plus Varnish and Fastly for performance optimization.
