About us
Maximize Solana staking rewards and network value by leveraging MEV via Jito’s Solana infrastructure (Jito-Solana client and MEV services like the Block Engine).
Building the Market Layer of Solana, Jito Labs creates infrastructure that powers real markets on-chain. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, the company processes billions in daily transaction value through its foundational network infrastructure. The Jito-Solana client helps validators earn more from MEV while the Jito Block Engine auctions transaction inclusion to fairly distribute MEV revenue back to stakers. JitoSOL, their liquid staking token, allows users to stake SOL while maintaining liquidity. Now the team is moving up the stack to build JTX, a trading app designed for the next generation of on-chain volume — focused on speed, trust, and creating the platform serious traders actually want to use daily.
Products
Core products include the Jito-Solana client for validators, the Jito Block Engine for MEV auctions, and JitoSOL liquid staking. Additional tools serve MEV searchers: Bundles for atomic transaction execution, ShredStream for low-latency blockchain data access, and various APIs. The newest product is JTX, a self-custodial trading application bringing centralized exchange-style speed and features to spot trading on Solana, with plans to expand into perpetual futures and prediction markets.
Funding
Jito Labs has raised over $62 million across multiple rounds. The company completed a $2.1 million seed round in late 2021, followed by a $10 million Series A in August 2022 led by Multicoin Capital and Framework Ventures, with participation from Solana Ventures and Delphi Digital. Most recently, in October 2025, a16z crypto led a $50 million Series B round. The company is profitable with strong financials and proven product-market fit.
Recent news
In May 2026, Jito Labs officially unveiled JTX, a new self-custodial consumer trading application intended for broader release in July 2026, marking the company's strategic move into the consumer-facing market. Concurrent with this development, the Jito Block Assembly Marketplace has experienced significant growth, with its stake share on Solana doubling to 28.1% in the first quarter of 2026. Additionally, the Jito Foundation has taken steps to return its operations to the United States, citing an improved regulatory environment for digital assets.

Infrastructure uses Terraform and Ansible for automation, with bare-metal setups and containerized environments. Security relies on zero-trust architectures including Tailscale, HCP Vault, and Cloudflare. Observability runs on Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki, with CI/CD through GitHub Actions. Frontend development uses React and Next.js, while backend services run on Node.js, with Python and TypeScript for various development tasks.
