About us
To redefine how money works and unlock the true potential of distributed ledger technology by changing the way the world connects.
Products
Overledger is Quant's flagship product — a blockchain operating system and API gateway that enables multi-chain applications without new infrastructure. Quant Flow serves as the "money engine" for programmable accounts, automated settlements, and cash management. QuantNet provides an interoperable platform for tokenized deposits and digital assets in regulated environments. PayScript is their domain-specific language for programming complex payment scenarios. Recently launched Quant Fusion unifies asset movement across 74 blockchain networks without third-party bridges.
Funding
Quant Network raised over $11 million through an ICO in April 2018, though it fell short of their $36.9 million target. The company secured additional funding in July 2020 from Alpha Sigma Capital, bringing total raised capital to an estimated $13-26 million. Key investors include Alpha Sigma Capital and Eden Block. The company has remained private with no disclosed valuation, focusing on institutional adoption rather than additional fundraising rounds.
Recent news
In June 2026, Quant Network officially launched its "Fusion Rollup" on the mainnet. This new scaling and interoperability solution connects 74 different blockchain networks into a single, unified environment specifically built for banks and large financial institutions, allowing them to operate across multiple networks without relying on fragmented or vulnerable cross-chain bridges.
Technology
The backend relies on Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and TypeScript for blockchain connectivity. Frontend development uses JavaScript frameworks including React, Redux, and Vue.js. Infrastructure runs on AWS with heavy use of AWS KMS for secure private key management. The engineering team works across multiple distributed ledger technologies including Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ripple, Corda, and Hyperledger Fabric. Docker handles containerized applications, while the platform uses ISO 20022-native standards and proprietary SDKs for multi-chain development.
Benefits
Quant offers flexible working arrangements with a hybrid approach that emphasizes the office as a collaboration hub rather than mandatory daily presence. The company provides competitive salary with performance-related bonuses, pension scheme, health insurance, and life assurance. Additional benefits include paid parental leave, training allowances, and wellness perks like online fitness classes, GP consultations, and discounted gym memberships. The culture centers on trust, ambition, adaptability, and respect, with zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
