Responsibilities
- Product Strategy&Roadmap:Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for crypto trading solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings in the cryptocurrency space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- User Experience:Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly trading interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that all trading products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading platforms.
- Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
