Senior Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for aSenior Product Designer (UI/UX-focused)to join our Product Design team at RootstockLabs.

This is aproduct-first role. We are looking for someone who canown the end-to-end product design process, deeply understand user problems, and translate them into intuitive, scalable solutions across web and mobile. The role requires astrong emphasis on UX thinking and high-quality UI execution. Both are equally important.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design user-centered experiences and contribute to the evolution of our design system.

While the primary focus of this role is product design,experience with illustration and motion design is a strong plus. The ability to enhance product experiences with custom visuals, storytelling, or motion/video assets will significantly increase your impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own theend-to-end product design processfrom problem definition to final delivery
• Identify and validate user pain points throughresearch, prototyping, and testing
• Translate product and business requirements intoclear, intuitive design solutions
• Design high-quality user experiences acrossweb and mobile
• Create and deliverpixel-perfect UIwith strong attention to detail (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Build, maintain, and evolve ascalable design system
• Design and produce print materials(e.g., brochures, event assets) as needed to support business and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate closely withProduct Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams
• Ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints
• Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ yearsof experience inproduct design (UX/UI)
• Strong experience designingend-to-end product experiences(not just visuals)
• Proven expertise inUX thinking, flows, and problem-solving
• High level ofUI craft and visual execution
• Strong experience working with and scalingdesign systems
• Ability to workhands-onwhile thinking strategically
• Experience collaborating withengineering and product teams
• Ability to work autonomously in aremote, cross-timezone environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience inWeb3, crypto
• Experience withmotion design, including video creation (not only micro-interactions)
• Experience withillustration or custom visual assets creation
• Basic understanding offront-end development
• Experience working infast-paced startup environments
