Senior Product Manager(Card Issuing)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and iteration of globalVisa / Mastercard card issuing products, driving continuous optimization and innovation in alignment with the company’s business objectives and market strategies.
• Lead theend-to-end launch of card issuing products from 0 to 1, including requirement analysis, product design, development, launch, and go-to-market execution.
• Coordinate and collaborate withbanks, card networks (Visa / Mastercard), issuing service providers, and other financial institutionsto ensure successful implementation and launch of partnership projects.
• Continuously optimizeproduct experience and business processesbased on operational and transaction data as well as user feedback, and take ownership of product performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above;English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication(overseas study or work experience is a plus).
• 5+ years of product experiencein the internet or financial services industry, with experience related toVisa / Mastercard card issuing(overseas or cross-border issuing experience preferred).
• Familiar with theecosystem of banks, card networks, and card issuing service providers, with experience in driving external partnerships.
• Strongcross-border communication and collaboration skills, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Highly self-motivated,data-driven, and able to quickly adapt to new businesses and evolving industry environments.
