Given our explosive growth and the incredible opportunity in front of us, we are working to innovate across all aspects of the company and execute on our highly ambitious plans.

The Business Operations team works closely with all functional areas of the company to improve Kraken’s effectiveness and efficiency. The team acts as a thought partner to leadership across the company, helping them understand and improve operational processes.

On a daily basis, the team delivers actionable data-driven insights and recommendations that helps the company stay organized and coordinated.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and gather baseline metrics to measure the impact of projects, using continuous improvement methods
  • Make recommendations for activities to improve processes and programs, including suggestions to increase efficiency, based on metrics and analysis
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex, often ambiguous operational issues
  • Support the execution of cross-functional, strategic initiatives
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of what makes Kraken tick
  • Provide feedback and make recommendations to management on project requirements and approach
  • Develop, communicate, and execute plans to enhance Kraken’s effectiveness
    • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in similar field and roles
  • Consistent track record of performing data analysis
  • Experience processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • A proactive communicator with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion
  • Proactive team member with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent attention to detail, and follow through
  • Strong interest in and familiarity with both cryptocurrency and traditional financial industries
  • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
