Events Manager (Blockchain Events /Telegram Communities)

Mission: Loyal global community with events agenda and partnerships.

Mission description: Story: Global community and event managers needs local LATOKEN Crypto Calendar TG groups and partnerships with major blockchain events. So they are easy to find event and partners of their interests, including listing on LATOKEN and Marketing partnerships.

Key PROBLEM's:

• Ensure 80% of local events are in our local and global calendar shown on web page and downloadable in pdf for tg groups.
• Reach 3000 Telegram Calendars members looking for local events for major locations within 3 month.
• Partner with events as their media partner and generate TG groups members.
• Free passes for sales managers in all major blockchain events of Q4'21 and Q1'22

How:

• Creating & maintaining Telegram communities related to major industry hubs
• Update the calendars biweekly
• Moderate TG chats
• Distribute screenshots with a week events and a link to a post in our TG with full pdf agenda to collect members
• Partner with major industry events as as a media sponsor in exchange of TG group links on their Site and Marketing.
• Generate leads for listings from lead form pinned in TG

Constraints: Leads are converted to deals after the events.
Main performance number: N of tg chat members
Second performance number: Leads generated from TGs
Third performance number: Revenue from events

Functions:
• Events : Promote and attract community LATOKEN events.
• TG agenda : Creating & maintaining Telegram communities related to major industry hubs.
• Planning : Budgeting and assuring expenses during the trips and events.
• Partnerships : Conducting partnerships with major industry events.
• LATOKEN Meetup : Food, drinks and setup at LATOKEN meetup (30 guests)

Requirement skills and experience:
1+ year 2 of 3: Community Management, Event Management or Partnership management.
Experience in crypto is an advantage.
Diligent, disciplined with great communication skills.
