We are looking for a Social Media Designer to create engaging designs and layouts for a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Linkedin, and more. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Designer to produce high-quality work that meets the necessary delivery and brand requirements of each client and platform.

In this role, you must be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and are eager to be part of a fast-paced environment helping start-up companies achieve their dreams, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to create impactful designs that represent start-ups and companies from across a wide variety of industries, to understand their unique brand identities and goals, and effectively engage potential investors through the graphics and layouts you make.


What you'll do:

  • Understand project requirements and concepts
  • Read and adhere to a brand guideUse various techniques to design layouts, ad collateral, infographics, graphs and charts and other visual assets
  • Collaborate with team members to launch projects
  • Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction, photo masking)
  • Use feedback from Senior designer and teammates to improve

    • What we're looking for:
  • Portfolio with strong, relevant work examples demonstrating your skill and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing ad graphics for social media
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, but especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere as design tools
  • Experience with Indesign preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with basic design principles (visual hierarchy and contrast, proximity, repetition, symmetry/asymmetry, color theory, use of gutters and margins, visual styles and achieving a look, etc.)
  • Editing techniques (photo editing, masking and processing, creative typography, non-destructive techniques, animated GIF creation and basic motion graphics.)
  • In person and remote teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to deliver work on a deadline and manage expectations
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Design or a related field
  • US or EU resident
