Your mission is to build and lead a world class Customer Success team from scratch, relentlessly focusing on providing the fastest and most streamlined onboarding experience for clients and partners, driving exponential growth in product usage in your client book, and driving a high-performance culture in your team.

As Head of Customer Success, you will help companies globally solve this problem by helping them implement Revolut On-Demand Pay and promote employee financial wellbeing with the usage of Revolut’s full suite of financial products.

You will be at the forefront of our mission to Revolutionise financial well-being, democratising cash-flow cadence and inspiring thought leadership at the world’s most influential corporations.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Since 2015, Revolut has introduced over 20 million customers to a new way to handle their money.We approach sales at Revolut the same way that we approach everything else. We take complex issues, and create extraordinary solutions that our customers love. From on-boarding flows to sales processes, our goal is to both inform and delight.Put simply, we build things we want to use ourselves, that we’re proud to show to our friends and families.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Manage a team of customer success managers and manage hiring for the customer success team
• Oversee the onboarding process of customers and partners, including project management for GTM and technical integration. Ensure that all the customer and internal stakeholders are aware of what is expected from them and when
• Manage strategic and key accounts and partners with Payday
• Engaging employers and persuading them to market Payday to their employees
• Implement a system to document and communicate product feedback to relevant teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Build and maintain internal and external knowledge base for customers and internal teams to reference including self-service instructions
• Implement a process to prioritise and manage customer requests

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
• 3+ years experience in customer success / excellence; ideally in top tech companies
• Experience of hiring and building a customer success team
• Experience of developing trusted relationships with new clients

NICE TO HAVE
• Expertise in project managing launch and GTM plans with clients
• Expertise in launching employee outreach campaigns and educating employees in benefits or wellbeing
• STEM background
• Past experience in Tier-1 or tier-2 strategy consultancies or investment banks
