Crypto Ecosystem Manager

Wyre is looking for a highly strategic Crypto Ecosystem Manager with a strong background in either technical account/partner/program management with a deep understanding of Web3, payments, and the broader crypto ecosystem. You will be responsible for maintaining our current crypto ecosystem relationships (protocols/exchanges) and will be building new ways that Wyre could connect our technologies to the crypto ecosystem to drive growth. You must be comfortable helping create the partnership from the ground up, including documenting the key processes, defining scalable programs, and setting up the tools to track partner performance.

Successful candidates for this position will be highly logical thinkers, and curious learners, with broad experience using Defi, engaging in crypto-native communities, and following emerging crypto trends.

This role reports to the Head of Business.

• 6+ years working in partner management, sales, sales operations, and/or business development
• Strong understanding of blockchain, protocols, Defi, NFTs, DAOs, and other crypto-native technologies and communities
• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. We're looking for attention to detail and a strong habit of writing
• Passion for solving complex problems, and building scalable processes
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
• A technical background, either working for Web3, SAAS, or a highly technical product startup
• Proactive, self-starter with a solid ability to self-manage
• An ability to use and understand analytics to drive strategy
