Lead System Administrator

As A Lead System Administrator you will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing changes to the IT Infrastructure managing the back end to our systems such as (Active Directory, Google Apps, ZenDesk, Okta, AWS) along with architecting Virtual Environments like VMWare to support policies for internal systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing policies and single sign-on with Okta; identify and drive efficiencies and improvements to the current system.
• Managing and configuring G Suite for enterprise-wide implementation of services
• Managing Active Directory administration and security.
• Partner across the organization and the business to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues related to IT systems and integrations.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in workflow and manual process.
• Implement technical and process improvements to support a security first environment.
• Design and configure VMWare hosts.

What We Look For In You:

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience as an IT Systems Administrator or comparable position
• Passionate about building infrastructure
• Ability to complete tasks/projects within timeframes assigned
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience using Google Apps Manager to administer Google Workspace
• Experience implementing and/or administering Okta

Nice to Haves:

• Experience supporting automation through API usage or scripting
• PowerShell Scripting Experience
• Experience with SSO\SAML integration and support
