Position Summary:

Brave is seeking an HR & Recruiting coordinator to join our HR team. The individual in this role will provide best in class customer service and support to both our employees and to our candidates. The ideal candidate is eager to make a positive impact across the organization and is a team player who is able to wear many hats and thrives in a dynamic fast-paced, start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Recruiting and HR process from initial contact to onboarding and beyond
  • Assist with organization of HR documents and maintaining personnel files
  • Provide administrative support to the HR & Recruiting function
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to design and schedule interviews
  • Help to make candidates feel welcomed and ensure virtual on-site interviews run smoothly
  • Build out our administrative tools to make sure the HR and recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates alike
  • Be responsible for owning and juggling multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects
  • Assist in posting jobs and maintaining Brave’s ATS

Qualifications:

  • 12+ months experience in a recruiting coordination, HR assistant, or administrative role
  • Incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Creative and process-driven; being able to look for ways to improve our processes
  • Friendly and professional demeanor as this role will be on the frontline as one of the first points of contact, representing Brave
  • Ability to effectively communicate and forge working relationships across the organization, even in a remote working environment
  • A passion for creating and harnessing a positive work experience for all employees.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Familiarity with Brave and our products
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment laws
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Calendar
