Experience functioning in a coordinator, administrator, or recruiting support role performing key tasks including heavy calendaring and extensive candidate interface or have previous experience in a similar role. An ability to effectively prioritize, juggle, track and execute on multiple concurrent tasks without letting things fall through the cracks. Prior experience working in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment. Advanced skills with Google Enterprise Apps (google calendar, Gmail, Docs & Presentations). Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Software(Greenhouse) is considered a strong asset.
You are a professional, adaptable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced role where you are part of a high-performing team. Extremely detail-oriented with superb organizational skills. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Experience working in an administrative role in an office setting or in a Human Resources Department is considered an asset.
Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining the ATS database, and moving candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner. Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running. If you have some experience in recruiting and you’re an excellent organizer and communicator, we’d like to meet you.
What you will do…
- Support a high-performing team of experienced recruiters at all stages of the recruitment process
- Manage the job advertisement and posting process
- Review incoming applications in ATS, manage communications, and candidates stages
- Updates and maintains the ATS to include personnel files, profiles, paperwork etc
- Support the recruitment team with other administrative tasks as required
- Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
- Complete due diligence checks for candidates
- Send, gather, and upload candidates documentation
- Help sourcing candidates to ensure the minimum requirements are met
- Other administrative tasks and duties as required.
About you
-
- At least 1+ year experience in Recruitment/HR /Cperations with proven administrative skills
- Extremely organized and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills that can navigate effectively in ambiguity
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Experience with MS Office,G Suite and social media platforms
- Desire to learn and grow your career in recruitment
