As a People Platform and Automation Lead, you’ll get to:

  • Lay the foundation for the people technology platform at Paxos
  • Be the key subject matter expert on platforms and reporting for the people team
  • Play a key role in scaling the people function at a fast growing transformational company in blockchain infrastructure
  • Partner with cross functional leaders to create positive hiring and people outcomes. This includes executives, hiring managers, interviewers and the people team.
  • Leverage people data to create insights and to enable decision making
  • Create training programs and adoption programs to setup stakeholders success with people tooling
  • Define KPIs for people tooling. Report on, measure, and make recommendations based on people tooling KPIs
  • Provide stakeholders with support, guidance and troubleshooting for people tools
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users
  • Work with our procurement and vendor intake team to evaluate, purchase and onboard people tools
  • Ability to grow your people platform expertise, build a program at a fast growing company and make an impact on hiring and employee engagement goals
  • Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!

Your experience should include:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience with people analytics, people tooling or comparable field
  • Excellent data analytics skills
  • Ability to build reporting and dashboards
  • Ability to work with multiple data sets to surface insights
  • Ability to drive integrations of tools to create seamless experiences and clear data to action on
  • Experience procuring and implementing people tooling
  • Experience training and increase adoption of tooling with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to drive new initiatives
  • Ability to guide and instruct stakeholders on how to best utilize tooling
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations between tools

You might also have:

  • Experience with HRIS tools such as Bamboo or Workday
  • Experience with people tools such as Lattice, Peakon
  • Experience with talent tools such as LinkedIn enterprise, Gem, Seekout
  • Experience with customer success, implementing products, or implementing tooling
  • Understanding of how to procure and implement tools that are best fit for an organization
  • Familiarity and/or experience with SQL for data mining and analytics
