Role: IT Systems Engineer.

Unit: OPERATIONS.

Role Mission: IT systems are stable, secure, up-to-date, and documented.

Details:

- Story: Teammates need stable, secure, up-to-date, and documented IT systems that support the company business operations so operations are efficient and not interrupted.

- Key PROBLEM's:

• Internal systems uptime, > 99,5% in Q1 2022.
• Average time to repair, <30 minutes in Q1 2022.
• Internal Systems on the latest stable release, >60% in Q1 2022.
• All Initial sowtware setup proccesses documented in Q1 2022.
• Internal Systems on Zabbix monitoring > 99% in Q1 2022.
• Support tasks accounting/management is automated > 80% in Q1 2022.
• Average waiting for support response and fix time < 10 minutes in Q1 2022.

- How:

• Deploy and manage business-critical applications
• Collaborate with engineering to coordinate on IT policies
• Build policies and scripts to support infrastructure
• Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes
• Participate in general IT operations and user support

- Constraints: The introduction of new systems should be approved by the CEO

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and supporting Docker compute environments;
• Developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks;
• Supporting Linux and Windows.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience administering SaaS and self-hosted applications like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, AmoCRM;
• Experience setting up and supporting Docker compute environments;
• Knowledge of configuration management and source control tools;
• Hands-on experience supporting Linux and Windows;
• 2+ years experience with Python for administrative tasks automation.
