Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a full time employee to be part of our Workforce Management (WFM) team. As a Command Center Leader, you’ll build and define Coinbase’s Customer Experience analytics operations and strategy. This includes ownership of all Coinbase support reporting, while also developing a team of analysts, working closely with different stakeholders on their operational reporting needs.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to define what are the reports and metrics needed across our operations and the best way to deliver them
  • Partner with CX Leadership and cross-functional partners to prioritize work and define impactful ways share insights
  • Leverage metrics to drive insights and influence business decisions in a global scale
  • Ability to frame and break down complex business problems into key components and recommend practical solutions
  • Build a collaborative team environment that fosters efficient execution, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and support the analytical technologies that give our team timely, flexible, and structured access to their data

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • Passionate about delivering an excellent Customer Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in analytics with management experience
  • Expertise in workforce management reporting
  • Able to work with large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Specialist in spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheet.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Able to proactively collaborate with other departments, providing inputs and insights on business metrics

Nice to haves:

  • Experience using BI tool such as Looker and Salesforce
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership
