Do you love building community and bringing people together? And have an acute attention to detail, an eye for thoughtful design, and a drive to make every event a success? Celo Foundation is hiring an Events Partner to manage events operations. As an Events Partner, you will organize and manage events operations with an eye toward consistency in creativity, quality, sustainability, and brand.


You Will:

  • Lead operations for larger scale initiatives including Celo’s annual conference and Tier 1 events
  • Work internally to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner
  • Coordinate sponsors and activations at Celo’s annual conference
  • Build key relationships across the crypto ecosystem
  • Write, edit, and ship weekly community events newsletter - collaboration w/comms
  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead for event outreach across Celo social media + relevant community publications
  • Create and manage swag plan - with a keen focus on sustainable and local
  • Create processes to streamline event requests or opportunities

    • You Have:
  • A proven track record of organizing successful events, both online and in-person
  • Experience in copywriting, online marketing/communications
  • Project management experience
  • Well-organized and is energized by creating order in a startup environment
  • An eye for detail and quality
  • Enjoyment in crafting experiences that inspire magic and beauty
  • Passion for building community
  • 2+ years experience
  • Bonus: Social media expertise
  • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or other CRM system
