P2P.org is a leading Validator, running over 300+ Nodes, for 25+ Blockchain networks, providing annual yield in respective cryptocurrencies. P2P is backed by 20.000 stakers, securing +$5 Billion assets in staking. P2P.org is initial developer of Lido DAO.
Lido is the leading liquid staking solution for ETH 2.0 backed by a number of the industry leading blockchain staking providers with more than $5.5b asset staked and 17.5% of ETH staking market share.
We are looking for a superb People Ops Lead for Lido DAO to help us with our day to day work and development of HR practices and processes in all areas from recruiting to internal communications.
This role requires a commitment to working in a fast-paced growth and change mode and the ability to balance management with hands on work.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting efforts on all fronts as we enter hyper-growth stage of company development
- Dream-up and implement initiatives that make Lido DAO an amazing place to work
- Create new-hire onboarding process built to maximize success in their role
- Designated point person for questions about “how to get more involved” in Lido DAO by proxy of creating documentation, onboarding materials, quests, bounties, and more.
- Manage and execute projects in the HR field. (benefits, perks, insurance, happiness surveys)
- Support the salary and bonus review processes
- Oversee annual retreat / offsite and other events to bring together the distributed team
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HR Lead experience
- A proven track record of recruiting, building and maintaining teams
- Experience working with a remote, international team at a technology or fintech company
- Strong organizational skills
- Passion to deliver a world-class total employee experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and advise people to make the right decisions
- Exceptional communication in a fully remote and worldwide team setting
- Experience with Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain companies would be an advantage
