Your Mission

As our fully remote Advertising Manager, reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for actively driving our Advertising campaigns, manage all the relevante channels, and support customer conversion. This is a high-impact role, where you’ll be at the forefront of taking our amazing products, projects, and trading opportunities to wider and broader audiences.

You Will

• Manage the selection of advertising media, or products to be advertised within the Crypto/Blockchain space;
• Gather and organize information across different teams and channels to plan advertising campaigns;
• Plan the advertising, including which media to advertise in, understanding the best channels for each product and campaign;
• Negotiate advertising contracts with our partners;
• Review and support in creating layouts, messaging, and visuals for our paid advertising approach;
• Conduct market research studies around Crypto and Blockchain, analyze and report findings;
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
• Evaluate emerging technologies, markets and channels.

You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field;
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the Crypto/Blockchain industry;
• Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques;
• Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments;
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams;
• Excellent management, negotiation, listening, and verbal and written communication skills;
• Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure;
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis;
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate;
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools;
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines.
