For the past 3 years we have been developing our own blockchain (called “Lachain”) and we are now building the DeFi ecosystem based on it (including DEX, dApp, IDO, DeFi Wallet, NFT marketplace etc).

Mission: Visitors convert to DAU & earn on LATOKEN DeFi.

Mission description:

Story:

Users need an intuitive interface that allows them to trade, deposit, steak, withdraw, etc. DeFi products from their own wallet with a minimum number of clicks.

Key PROBLEM's:

Create a DeFi product interface in two weeks accepted for development in Q1.

How:

• Create mobile and web interfaces in Figma.
• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap.
• Create graphic elements for banners and NFTs.
• Develop and protect user flow with the product team and stakeholders.

Constraints:

The user should be able to perform the target action in a few clicks from any product screen.

Main performance number: Conversion rate
Second performance number: Time to market
Third performance number: DeFi DAU

Functions:
• Design system : Continuous building of design system and components library for further reuse by product managers and other designers.
• Design : Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive.
• Present : Present the design solutions at regular meetings with product teams and stakeholders.
• Optimization : Discovering design optimization points, improving design standards, and promoting implementation.
• Implementation : Implement solutions along with the technical team and control quality on all stages.
• Roadmap : Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy.
• Research : Participating in user research, competitive product and data analysis.
• Processes : Continuous improvement of design process through regular design reviews along with other designers.

Requirement skills and experience:

3+ years of UI/UX design experience, familiar with design guidelines and processes.

FinTech background.

Links to active products designed by you.

The ability to use basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).

The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions.

Experience working in a collaborative environment with product managers, analysts, and engineers.

The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team.

Clean visual design sense.

Desire to develop and become a Product Manager.

A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.

As a plus: Experience in DeFi, NFT. Participation in A/B testing. Basic SQL knowledge.
