We are looking for a Marketing Director who is able to manage the delivery of key digital marketing and social media deliverables for the business.

What should you expect from this role:

  • Manage the marketing strategy for SolChicks, coordinate with Public Relations teams and marketing agencies and create relevant content to maximise awareness and engagement
  • Managing social media accounts including Twitter, Medium, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn and Youtube
  • Plan, execute and optimize promotional and giveaway campaigns to deliver on marketing and brand awareness goals
  • Content creation, write engaging and insightful tweets and medium articles to grow brand awareness, community engagement and followers
  • Identify & outreach to influencers with target audiences that will resonate with the appropriate messages and content; tracking the performance of influencer campaigns with a heavy focus on optimizing for ROI
  • Drive all external digital and offline communications activities and campaigns for SolChicks globally across multiple regions
  • You will increase SolChicks brand awareness, by informing and educating key media stakeholders on our mission, on our notable accomplishments, upcoming key milestones, and overall value proposition of SolChicks as the top play-to-earn game on the blockchain

What does a successful applicant look like:

  • 7 or more years of experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, hands on experience in managing data, advanced proficiency in Excel and familiar with twitter analytics, google analytics, etc
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and convert strategy into execution
  • Experience (or great interest) in blockchain & cryptocurrencies
  • Excellent communication skills with native level English speaking and writing capability. Additional Asian language would be an advantage
  • You have experience managing senior stakeholders, become a trusted advisor to the leadership team and help navigate SolChicks through ever-changing market conditions
  • You will be a champion of multitasking, work towards tight deadlines to ensure the success of this start-up enterprise, be able to identify potential challenges ahead and act quickly to resolve them using sound judgement
  • You will be an excellent team player, always transparent with peers and an effective internal communicator
