HR Business Partner (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Be fully responsible for HR activities of Bitfury internationally;
• Cover on-boarding, adaptation, evaluation;
• Participate in HR policies design, transformation and implementation;
• Adapt global policies to the European market;
• Manage outsourcing providers;
• Consult employees on HR matters;
• Maintain HR administration processes;
• Work with all required internal and external stakeholders/organisations related to HR.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of current/previous international experience as HR BP/Manager/Generalist;
• Knowledge of Labour Law and practices;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload;
• Proven effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Earnest and dedicated focus on HR activities;
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects and deadlines;
• Ability to resolve conflicts.
