Growth Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Engagement, the role is to set up, establish and develop marketing activities to ensure a sustainable customer growth in the area.

Responsibilities
• Lead a consistent marketing growth strategy in the area to grow these KPIs: number of local registered users, number of monthly active users, trading volumes of the users, web traffic share, spot monthly users, futures monthly users, fiat penetration
• Establish/Grow the community of BitMEX in the area and define KPI, moderate social media channels to interact with the community and enhance a positive engagement
• Growth affiliate network, outreach to YouTubers, Medias, Influencers
• Coordinate internal resources to leverage on local acquisition campaign
• Plan and implement marketing activities to grow the awareness of the
company and so the web traffic share
• Reach out medias directly (tier 1) while use PR agencies if necessary
• Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends in your region
• KPI and Problem/Solution Weekly Reporting to Headquarter

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in community building or business development of which at least 2 in the crypto industry
• Business development and start-up attitude
• Strong knowledge of social media growth techniques
• Both creative and number-driven approach
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Similar Web, Semrush)
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
