We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing company. The role will report to the Sales Lead. This position is full-time and remote.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and generate leads
Execute on leads provided by the team
Present and sell OpenNode payment capabilities to prospective businesses.
Demonstrate product expertise and provide market insights to help potential customers understand value proposition
Develop and maintain positive business relationships
Collaborate with business and technology colleagues to support sales efforts
Report and track leads, progress, challenges, and opportunities
Book meetings/demos, close sales leads and drive new business sign-ups
Maintain high conversion rates and exceed sales targets
Requirements

Proven success closing deals
Commercial and customer service mindset
Excellent communication skills

Ability to positively influence
3+ years experience in payments, fintech or financial services
Experience using CRM tools
