So first, a brief rundown to either get you up to speed or give you a little more info about what we’re all about at Yat. First off, we love our community (Yat🤝our community). We have a passionate group of creators who pour their time and energy into using Yats as a vehicle for self-expression (think of it as hieroglyphics for the modern age). They create emoji internet identities that they can use across every chat app, social network, metaverse (and beyond), and that we consider beautiful works of art with profound messages.

It’s really about connecting to the universal language of visual representation in a whole new way, one that celebrates individuals, community, and everyone’s right to privacy in the digital realm. We don’t want to say we’re changing the world, but yeah, we are.

We also happen to be one of the fastest-growing consumer products of all time (👑 us) and as such need an incredibly talented team dedicated to making sure it’s continued 🚀from here on out.

Now for a bit of background. Yat is the brainchild of Tari Labs, a digital assets-focused blockchain organization that believes privacy on the internet should be pervasive and available to all, co-founded by Naveen Jain (who also founded Sparkart). Yat is backed by Blockchain Capital, Pantera Capital, Multicoin Capital, Trinity Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Slow Ventures (as well as some of the best investors in the world).

And who are you? Well, we’re hoping you’re someone who takes the exceptional and exceeds it, who rolls up their sleeves and gets their hands dirty, and who wants to take a step outside the ordinary to create a world that’s more beautiful, fun, and privacy-oriented.

We are hiring for two part-time CX specialists to work 20-30 hours/week for two shifts:
- Monday-Friday (6-10 PM EST)
- Saturdays and Sundays/overnight shifts in EST.


About You:

  • You are deeply passionate about the customer experience
  • You possess a track record of success in contributing to customer experience programs in high-growth environments
  • Creative and analytical with a results-driven orientation, demonstrated through the ability to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from data analysis and inputs from a variety of channels, make recommendations on findings and communicate results effectively
  • You have a strong grasp of customer experience industry tooling and trends, with experience working with a passionate customer base
    • What You’ll Do:
  • Join our Discord Server and engage with our active and growing community of Yat enthusiasts, answering questions and helping to onboard new Yat Creators to "The Yativerse."
  • Answer Front tickets.
  • Improve our visibility on the state of our community through efficient communication systems.
  • Answer light technical questions, file bug reports, and escalate bugs to management across all of our customer communication channels: Discord, Email, and Social Media
  • Writing/Updating Knowledge Base articles in keeping with our internal style guide.
    • Requirements:
  • Fluent in English to a native (written) level
  • Minimum of 1 year in the digital Customer Service/Support/Experience at a startup or hypergrowth company
  • A computer capable of downloading apps such as Discord and loading multiple websites simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet access
    • Bonus Points:
  • Have previous knowledge of Yats and/or the crypto world
  • A veteran Yat mod that knows how we work and is passionate about our mission.
  • Speak or write bilingually, ideally Russian or Mandarin
  • Enjoy creating art (if we have downtime, we'd love for you to turn your skills to making Yat art!)
  • Knowledge of or interest in no-code workflow and automation tools, such as Airtable, Zapier, Typeform, etc.
