Role Expectations

You'll be working closely with the revenue team and reporting directly to the Senior Partner & Lifecycle Marketing Manager and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Scale new and existing partnerships with affiliate sites/networks, content creators, influencers, and brands to drive revenue growth
  • Work with cross functionally on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize current and upcoming revenue opportunities across multiple channels including app, web, blog, email, sms, push, and more.
  • Structure and execute on projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, building relevant working groups, and developing final recommendations.
  • Develop new channels to drive revenue in collaboration with product, engineering, SEO, UA, and other teams (both internal and external)
  • Work with sales to meet advertiser volume requirements.
  • Analyze and determine key insights from internal operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action, and communicate recommendations to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, engineering, marketing, among other teams to help sales people and advertisers meet campaign goals.
  • Increase efficiency and productivity of the sales and adops teams.
  • Identify trends, surface insights and scale best practices to refine and maximize the impact of our campaigns
  • Uncover and drive new marketing opportunities based on client needs and use these to influence the product roadmap

We’d Love To Talk To You If…

  • 2-5+ years affiliate marketing experience or in the ads/ad tech space
  • Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus working knowledge of sales and partner marketing systems and tools including TUNE.
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights.
  • The ability to manage through ambiguous and subjective situations, including balancing strategic orientation and operational efficiency to ensure we deliver what is “right” for the customer.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset and are comfortable working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions. Ability to think both creatively and critically, willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
  • Experience working with Google Suite.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Fluency in English. Bilingual is a plus.
  • Project management experience a plus
