We’re looking for a Crypto Programs Manager to join the Crypto Intelligence Team within the Business Development organization to roll out efficient and repeatable processes, enable cross-functional alignment and collaboration, and deliver initiatives on time through consistent planning and tracking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work directly with the Manager of the Crypto Intelligence Team and other team members.
  • Utilize professional and crypto experience to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Listings, Product Management, Business Development, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Security and others to implement new crypto-related programs and improve systems and processes.
  • Establish and maintain workflows to support a “Monitoring Command Center” program while identifying scaling vectors and supporting internal adoption across cross-functional partners.
  • Support various programs in the crypto asset lifecycle, including but not limited to: asset reviews/re-reviews/prioritizations, Day-1 listings and crowd-fundraising platform product.
  • Leverage crypto forward knowledge to spin-up pioneering (yet-to-be-defined) programs around DApps, Wallet and NFTs
  • Lead efforts to improve data integrity across crypto-programs to measure process performance, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment to create short-term and long-term program roadmaps to support business needs.
  • Create executive-facing reports and presentations regarding team KPIs and accomplishments.

What we look for in you:

  • 5+ years program, project or growth experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale projects across a variety of cross-functional teams
  • Solutions oriented with a curious & analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills
  • Excellent communicator who can influence a wide range of partners, facilitate training to large groups, and is comfortable presenting to senior leaders
  • Experience working at a tech company or has a track record of quickly ramping up on complex projects/environments.
  • Able to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Proven “crypto-forward” knowledge or demonstrated passion/curiosity and ability to ramp into crypto quickly

Notice for Colorado applicants as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20). Target annual salary for this role performed in Colorado, is $144,500 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
