Strike is looking for an individual who can manage a high number of HR related processes simultaneously and flawlessly. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain HR systems that serve Strike Team Members, as well as answer benefits and almost any other employment-related questions with a smile while ensuring legal compliance.

The desired candidate will possess an acute proclivity for speed and be date-driven for completing tasks and reporting back to stakeholders and other team-members with haste.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills and be able to thrive in a high case volume environment. The ideal candidate should thrive working in an ambitious startup environment and be excited about Strike’s mission and potential. You must be comfortable with a team-first approach in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an administrator on our HRIS & Payroll system to field requests from Team Members regarding payroll-related questions
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Coordinate leave of absences and maintain records of time off
  • Become fluent in the mechanics of the medical insurance programs to answer Team Member questions
  • Perform I-9 verification checks
  • Perform reference checks
  • Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
  • Maintain our Learning Management System
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars

Requirements:

  • Must be able handle sensitive information and must maintain the highest ethical standards
  • Candidates who have performed this role will certainly be considered; however, being familiar with benefits and broad HR requirements is sufficient
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Being a customer-oriented team-player striving to please
  • Ability to take ownership of work products and consistently deliver results in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to respect deadlines in a fast paced environment and deliver constant and accurate reports to stakeholders
