Spring Labs is currently looking for a highly talented Smart Contract Engineer, who is motivated by finding creative solutions to complex issues, to join our team of 20+ engineers. This role will help lead SpringLabs Blockchain initiative with new products in the DeFi landscape.

Spring Labs is a highly collaborative, fast paced, start-up environment, therefore this role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to conceptualize and be accountable for quality results, as well as the proven ability to mentor and develop Jr. Engineers to the next level.

Our technologies include distributed and decentralized systems, sophisticated cryptography, and machine learning pipelines. This role is for an experienced software engineer who wants to spend their time in hands-on implementation, architecture, and mentorship.

Note: Spring Labs is a 100% in-office team; however, due to Covid, we are currently remote.
