Compliance is the key priority and focuses for Binance. We are looking for a tech compliance lead to build various compliant tech solutions with built-in Compliance-By-Design in our products offering good user experiences too. You are expected to further build the team with cross-team collaboration and leadership to deliver compliance by designing products and offerings. You'll use existing expertise in compliance regulations and frameworks to ensure governance across Binance’s global suite of products. You’ll help balance Binance’s legal and compliance obligations with our users’ needs and our company’s values.


Responsibilities

  • Build the team by hiring qualified engineers to achieve consolidation and automation on technical compliance solutions.
  • Lead the engineering team.
  • Work within DevOps teams to design more secure solutions on remote login, batch configuration update, etc.
    • Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with designing and delivering automation, shared tooling, libraries, and/or process development.
  • Experience in program management on technical cross-functional projects.
    • Preferred qualifications
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in compliance, information security, IT audits, and/or risk management.
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle for customer-facing applications.
  • Ability to be an influential member of an integrated team with both technical and non-technical members.
