The goal of a BD is simple - to manage Gauntlet’s clients and maximize the value they get out of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop go-to-market strategies for new business initiatives.
- Identify champions and adjacent partner organizations to educate protocols and the broader landscape about Gauntlet’s value proposition.
- Address market gaps with focused objectives and clear metrics to improve.
- Structure and negotiate partnership deals from start to finish.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to craft and scope engagements well suited to Gauntlet’s focus and direction.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years of partnerships or BD experience at a technology company or financial institution.
- Demonstrated experience structuring and negotiating initial partnerships agreements.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to ensure successful partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
