We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Republic! You will be part of the marketing team and work with various internal business units including our retail private investment platform, private capital division, blockchain division, and more. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll support the development of social media content and campaigns to grow Republic’s brand across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord and more


Job Responsibilities:

  • Building a top-down brand awareness strategy to roll out across various channels
  • Creating a robust content calendar
  • Interfacing with in-house design team to produce graphic assets and keep our channels on-brand
  • Interfacing with in-house writers to produce written content
  • Ordering both graphics and copy assets in a timely manner
  • Monitoring trends and conversations in the investment space and keeping us in those conversations
  • Conducting audience analytics and feeding that into our strategy
  • Managing a global team of community managers for our Telegram and WeChat channels
  • Maintaining a roadmap of social marketing initiatives across the following channels: Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, as well as crypto-focused channels: Telegram, Discord

    • Requirements:
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Fluent/native proficiency in English
  • Understands how to build and execute processes
  • An uncanny ability to discuss trends and create viral content as demonstrated through past social media accounts managed
  • Technical proficiency including Later, Buffer, Figma and the Adobe creative suite
  • Fintech or crypto experience is a plus
  • Experience using Google Business Suite, Asana, and Notion is a plus
