What you’ll do:

Circle’s Product Marketing team leads go-to-market for our suite of products, and creates and executes campaigns to drive product growth. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Circle, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to name a few. Different from many other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.

This role will focus on SeedInvest, our Circle’s equity crowdfunding business that provides individual investors with access to pre-vetted startup investment opportunities. This role will build out Product Marketing as a function at SeedInvest from the ground up, and tightly integrate with the broader frameworks and business processes for Product Marketing throughout Circle. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity within a fast growing company and an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in the SeedInvest business and spearhead it’s ongoing integration within Circle. There are a range of synergies yet to be explored between SeedInvest and Circle’s stablecoin market infrastructure and this role will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities and bringing them to life through research, strategic analysis, and execution of core PMM initiatives like messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence and launch execution.

What you’ll work on:

  • Build and manage the SeedInvest customer segmentation model across investors and issuers
  • Develop core positioning and messaging framework for the SeedInvest business and integrate into the broader Circle topline messaging framework
  • Deep dive on competitive landscape, preparing research documents and analysis to inform the product roadmap, as well as battle cards and other sales collateral assets
  • Act as an internal SME on SeedInvest throughout the Circle Marketing, Product and Revenue organizations
  • Enable Venture Sales team through training, deal strategy support, and content generation.
  • Research industry trends, derive & share key insights to elevate in collateral and sales talk tracks
  • Develop white papers and thought leadership content driving education and lead volume for investor and issuers

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or related field
  • Fintech investing experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of corporate capital markets, crowdfunding and personal finance
  • Experience building messaging, positioning and segmentation models from the ground up
  • Highly independent and motivated to get into the weeds
  • Strategic thought partner who is comfortable driving requirements across a highly diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Passion for building and mastering complex technical concepts
  • Thrives in unstructured environments and brings order to chaos.
  • Experience in blockchain, fintech, or payments is a plus.
