What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Lead all aspects of Security & Privacy due diligence and integration of target companies.
  • Lead technical due diligence activities and perform a deal specific risk assessment to identify risk treatment.
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Security & Privacy, and cross functional stakeholders to develop integration roadmaps based on the due diligence risk assessment.
  • Partner with Corporate Development to ensure the integration process is clearly understood and followed by cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and within target companies.
  • Monitor deal status, manage expectations, and rapidly identify issues/risks. Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage deal documentation, milestones, risks, and timelines to facilitate cross functional collaboration
  • Improve on existing frameworks, processes and standardized templates related to various stages of due diligence and integration.
  • Identify and creatively resolve complex technical and cross-functional issues (often unique to each deal).
  • Run periodic retrospectives to gather feedback and best practices. Continually refine and improve processes for diligence and integration.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 7+ years total experience as a TPM, engineering leader, product manager (technical domain), or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in security, risk management, compliance, information systems or other relevant field.
  • Design and iteratively improve procedures that solve problems in simple and scalable ways.
  • Experience executing and delivering cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
  • Organized, detail oriented, self-driven, and comfortable handling situations that may depart existing paved roads.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with internal/external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of communicating at all levels involving both technical and non-technical teams/stakeholders.

Nice to haves:

  • M&A security diligence experience or relevant M&A integration program management experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security domains, processes, risks and controls.
  • Experience working in a high security and/or highly regulated industry.
  • Certification in Program or Project Management.
