The Technical Product Manager position at Simplex is an amazing opportunity for an initiative, organized, responsible and highly skilled individual to join a successful startup, where he can define and lead cutting edge products and work with exceptional teams.

Day to day responsibilities and challenges

• Manage Simplex’s analytic platforms - from product strategy through definitions to execution
• Manage a complete product life cycle - from conception to release with taking full ownership of each step, be a true leader
• Keep in touch with internal and external customers - collect requirements, present solutions, gather feedback, improve
• Work closely with R&D as part of the Scrum team
• Define non-functional requirements as well - security, load, performance, alerts, data etc.
• Collect and analyze data in order to take intentional decisions, based on impact estimation

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a product manager
• Solid technical background with understanding and history of hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - mandatory
• Deep understanding of best practices in software architecture and technical challenges of the complex products
• Experience in leading software development teams in Agile environment
• Proven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle from conception to release
• Ability to define correct goals and know how to achieve them
• Strong business orientation
• Excellent English skills, additional languages is an advantage
