What You'll Do:

● Writing and editing content and coordinating with content producers on relevantmaterials for the ecosystem.

● Conduct community-oriented AMA’s on social media channels for Terra protocols inorder to elevate community engagement.

● Curating and resolving community feedback in community channels and passing it toengineering for product improvements and real-time updates.

● Working closely with numerous ecosystem projects and the TFL business developmentteam on creating pipelines to access relevant resources.

● Help manage and organize internal communications at TFL between various departments.

● Handle partnership co-promotion and coordination for DeFi-native projects and larger

mainstream brands.

● Creating, promoting, and entrenching narratives within the Terra community to attractmore users and adoption of the Terra network.

● Monitoring research forums, social media, and other comms channels for importantinformation.

● Assisting with social media management and collaborative posts with third-parties.

● Helping create educational content and resource foundations for the community.

● Assisting in research-related endeavors and complex problem-solving in a hyper-paced

environment.

● Work on large projects in the background outside of reflexive job requirements.

What We're Looking For:

● Proven background in written and well-researched content -- bonus if skilled with editingand/or videography and educational material.

● English proficiency, particularly in writing and communication skills within a diverserange of areas.

● At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a role within a DeFi project or TradFi company.

● Background in communications, marketing, content, research, or media relations/PR

preferred.

● Degen mindset -- ambitious, motivated, and able to move quickly -- adapting to changing

scenarios effectively.

● Capable of working non-traditional hours for global coordination with third parties.

● Bonus -- Acutely familiar with the Terra ecosystem and the LUNAtic community.
