What you might be doing:

  • Lead the Creative team of SwissBorg, including design, content, social, video and translation
  • Manage requests for assets from both the Marketing team and other SwissBorg teams, including getting the required information to brief the creatives
  • Manage workflows, allowing team members enough time to complete their work before campaign launches, and setting stakeholder expectations around delivery times
  • Work with the Acquisition and Retention teams to develop campaigns and assets to support those campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager (Channels) to build campaign plans and develop assets for product and feature launches, acquisition and retention
    • What you might bring:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience; experience in a high growth company or startup is a plus
  • Experience in managing creative teams, including managing workloads, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Experience executing marketing strategies across both online and offline channels for acquiring and retaining users
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and trust with different stakeholders
  • Strong ability to build and coordinate understandable marketing plan
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A passion for understanding users and their global interests
  • Knowledge and interest in current challenges in finance and the benefits of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
