Associate Brand Manager, Sports

RECUR is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager - Sports to join its team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will build experiences for some of the most coveted brands in the world on innovative, creative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

• Be an in-house subject matter expert for NCAA sports and athlete content - all sports (men’s and women’s)
• Partner with Marketing & Creative to develop collectible fan moments - athlete profiles, highlights, fan collectibles (jerseys, mascots, helmets, etc)
• Identify key collectible moments from NCAA sports and athletes by university
• Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews on product performance and recommend actions to drive revenue while providing solutions to issues
• Partner with the Product Design and Gamification team to create and foster fan engagement
• Create athlete rosters for schools/conferences by sport for key moments
• Collaborate with Brand Operations Manager, Product Design, Creative, and Marketing
• Research teams, players, and industry trends

What you will bring to RECUR

• 3+ years of work experience, prior product/brand management role at a sports entity is a plus
• Strong merchandise assortment comprehension or experience creating merchandise plans and product assortments
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with creative, marketing, and product design/development teams
• Ability to create presentation decks from scratch along with EXCEPTIONAL presentation skills and deck design
• Outstanding relationship skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Dedicated team player that goes the extra mile
• Wit, creativity, the ability to influence others, and superb attention to detail
• Ability to successfully collaborate with different teams on projects with tight timelines
• Passion for sports & collectibles
