We are looking for a Discord Community Manager to guide our community team to further strengthen the Binance community; one of Binance’s greatest assets.

Binance’s community team is supported by a team of 300 Binance Angels; volunteers who love Binance and our platform. They support us by moderating and being active in our Telegram channels, promoting activities and product updates and sharing feedback from the wider community.

This is a remote position and can be based in any global locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the Binance discord server
  • Structuring, managing and growing our community via Discord
  • Ideate and execute high-impact community related initiatives on Discord
  • Designing and implementing incentive programs to promote engagement and growth with existing and potential networks
  • Hire and onboard Discord native Binance Angels
  • Host training sessions with Angels and other community managers
  • Work with other internal Binance teams to facilitate community communcations
  • Taking care of the program finances
  • Coordinating inter-department cooperation between the Angels and the Binance team (including BD, collecting leads, market research, data requests, etc.)
    • Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in community management, and/or other relevant experience
  • Proven track record in creating, growing, managing and engaging communities via Telegram, Discord or similar channels
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem
  • Experiences in managing community bots will be a huge plus
  • Ability to handle a high pace and many moving parts at once
  • Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance, cryptocurrency, and blockchain is a must
  • Fluent English - International background and ability to speak other languages is a definite plus
