We're looking for a Benefits and Leave Management Specialist who will work closely with Sr. Benefits Manager, HR and Finance on both benefits and leave management in the US.

The ideal candidate would have experience in benefits admin and/or support for open enrollment and international benefits renewal.


In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day benefits operations and vendor partnership for health/welfare and retirement programs including documentation, data auditing, compliance, project management, and much more!
  • Administer benefit plans, including eligibility and enrollment, while providing support for questions and concerns.
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure benefits program administration is in line with company policies, plan documents, and applicable regulations.
  • Be able to project manage in many aspects of renewal and individual leave of absence management.
  • Establish and streamline current processes as well as assist in implementing and launching new and enhanced benefit plans and programs all while keeping the employee experience in mind.
  • Work closely with the HRBP, recruiting, payroll, and onboarding teams to ensure candidates and new hires have a positive recruiting and onboarding experience related to benefits programs.
  • Interpret and administer leaves of absence programs and policies in accordance with the applicable regulations and laws.
  • Maintain regular, thorough, and proactive communication with employees and managers regarding upcoming, current, and ending leaves of absence.

  • Experience in benefits and leave of absence administration experience and project management is required.
  • Experience with benefits and LOA compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem solver with a passion for an incredible employee experience.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally within the organization and externally with vendor partners effectively.
  • Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with the ability to pivot and manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously.
  • Experience in data analysis and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
