Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with daily operational and promotional activities to drive business growth.
  • Prepare for materials to support operational activities, including but not limited to messaging, tutorials, slides or other documents.
  • Review and onboarding global merchants and maintaining relationships with valuable clients.
  • Collect and consolidate external feedback from clients and for inclusion into business requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development, Product, and Marketing team to identify opportunities in user growth and in product conversion.
  • Assist team to drive onsite user growth funnel from acquisition, retention, to conversion.
    • Requirements
  • College degree or above.
  • Fast learner, ability to opt following a standardized operation management system.
  • Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a strong capability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced in English, and any other language is a plus.
  • Bonus point: if you are familiar with Fintech asset management, blockchain or digital assets products.
