Strategy and Brand Lead (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

Position overview

We’re looking for a Strategy Lead to work directly with our Chief Strategy Officer and drive this area. You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of the Xapo brand and communication strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and partners.

Although we are headquartered in Gibraltar, this is a full time, 100% remote position. Work from anywhere!

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer you will provide strategic support as well as operational support
• Build and develop an aligned brand strategy, which will exist as a guideline tool for Xapo that can be referenced when creating campaigns, collateral and marketing.
• Define a brand Visual Identity System (VIS) and Tone of Voice (TOV) that brings the brand strategy to life and create an aligned brand document that acts as a foundation for the brand moving forwards.
• Take ownership and deliver projects that impact the team across strategy, data, growth & communications.
• Implement a cohesive brand communication strategy and plan a successful brand activation to move the brand forwards, incl: social media campaigns, email marketing, community outreach, PR etc.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in order to ensure they are aligned with our communication principles and brand strategy.
• Proactively review and refine all current communications and Xapo materials to ensure our TOV is consistent and aligned.
• Collaborate with PR partners, helping drive initiatives to grow our long term business and strategic partnerships
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events strategy. Connect business priorities, objectives and key messages for events including exhibitions at Global Branch.
• Act as an ambassador & for all external key events and ensure first point of contact for all press inquiries.
