The Role

Ultra is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting project that will involve challenging problem solving and collaboration in designing a data-centric blockchain product.
As a member of the Data team, you will work closely with Marketing, Finance, PO teams to help them to construct KPIs and dashboards. You will provide data and metrics for the Finance team; Help Marketing team to measure campaign ROI; Discuss with the PO on missing features identified, engage in improvement of the analytical platform.

Your Profile

You are committed to using your analytical skills to provide insightful data and reporting to your stakeholders. You enjoy learning new and emerging technologies. You are proactive, a team player, you have an analytical mind and good attention to detail. You are a problem-solver, critical thinker and a good communicator.


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working as Data Analyst / or 3+ years experience working as Data+Business Analyst
  • Professional experience in building dashboards with a keen grasp of data visualization
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Jupyter notebook, data visualization libraries
  • Hands-on experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects
  • Previous experience in collaboration/sync with several teams
  • Fluent in English
    • It's great (but not mandatory) if you also have:
  • Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, (MongoDB)
  • Experience with different data visualization tools
  • Experience with product analytics or marketing analytics
  • Experience working in a distributed team
  • Experience working in Agile / scrum methodology

  • Ultra could be considered as a multitude of smaller sub-projects, each having its own team leader. Your ability to provide insightful data and reporting will help define Ultra's business and development strategy
  • You will work with Ultra staff and entities all around the world, and collaborating with them remotely will be part of your daily routine


    • Your Tasks:

  • Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports that help the team to make data-driven decisions
  • Assist business users with using published reports/dashboards
  • Track data quality
  • Track metrics and find points of growth/bottlenecks
