Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at IO Global, you will be part of a fantastic team of TA professionals responsible for sourcing the very best talent to join our team. Success in this role is all about attitude. Whether you have two years of experience or much more, what is most important to us is that you have the passion, focus, and drive to ensure that we’re reaching the very best individuals to join our rapidly growing team.

You will be passionate about helping expand the recruitment function at one of the world’s leading blockchain engineering companies. You will work collaboratively with other team members and be able to gain the trust and respect of your internal clients.

Your mission

• Attract candidates using both traditional and digital marketing techniques
• Interact with candidates and stakeholders on a highly technical level
• Post vacancies and manage the recruitment life cycle through to submitting requisition forms to HR
• Solicit referrals from current IO Global employees & service providers
• Critically review CVs in our recruitment database and match candidates to internal reviewers
• Maintain contact with candidates so they are informed at each stage of the process and ensure they have a good experience
• Review recruitment policies and processes to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.

Your expertise

• Ideally, two or more years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
• A passion for or interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency is essential
• Experience in recruiting for technical roles – developers (some of our main languages are Haskell, Scala, Java, JavaScript, Solidity, and Rust)
• Strong interest in technology and staying up to date with innovations.

Location

IOG is a fully distributed organization and therefore this is a remote position. Due to team distribution we are ideally searching for someone in a USA time zone.
