THE ROLE
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own all things social for Casa. This position is 100% remote and reports to our Marketing Director.

The ideal candidate is a Bitcoin enthusiast and avid participant in crypto social channels and groups. You will set and execute growth and community-building strategies, focusing on boosting our presence and engagement across multiple channels. Knowledge of bitcoin/crypto, the relevant terminology, and social trends of this space is essential.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000


WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage existing social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) as well as identifying relevant ones we are not currently using
  • Set the tone and voice by channel for communicating with our clients and the community at large
  • Act as the primary point of contact for comments, questions, and requests via social
  • Produce, write and create engaging text, image and video content, working closely with our in-house design team and/or third parties
  • Maintain a social content calendar
  • Organize and participate in virtual events (e.g., Twitter Spaces) to build community and boost brand awareness via social
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging to protect the brand
  • Stay up-to-date with crypto trends, memes, and the overarching culture

    • WHO YOU ARE
  • 3+ years experience in social media marketing
  • 1+ years experience in community management
  • Deep knowledge of Bitcoin, Bitcoiners, and the general crypto community
  • Strong knowledge of social media and community channels: Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, Signal, Telegram
  • Skilled at creating and making use of memes, graphics, and short videos
  • Experience with Hootsuite and like tools and working within the platforms themselves
  • Experience with social analytics and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail

    • NICE TO HAVE
  • 2+ years previous startup experience
  • Experience with Zendesk and Canva
  • Experience in managing third-party video creation and execution
  • Spanish language competency
