Role Summary
As Boson Protocol enters into its new growth stage in 2022, our Talent Acquisition team is in need of a Recruitment Coordinator to help facilitate the expected growth trajectory. Having gone from sub 10 members of the project in 2021 to nearly 60 in a matter of months, we expect our next phase to have a similar path.
Your day to day job will include but not be limited to, working with the Talent Acquisition Partner to review candidates for our live roles, carry out initial screening calls, coordinate and schedule interviews with our world class team, track, manage and report on KPIs and SLAs, assist with creating job descriptions, writing and posting adverts, helping to boost Boson Protocols social media networks by posting into channels among other tasks.
What you will do:
- Working closely with the business to understand the relevant hiring needs
- Writing job adverts and screening processes.
- Interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates
- Conducting Online screening interviews to qualify candidates.
- Checking all necessary compliance documentation, both from the candidate and hiring manager.
- Champion Employer Branding through careers page in LinkedIN and other social media platform
- Manage excellent working relationship with external recruitment agencies and partners
- Respond to inbound applications
- Build a talent pipeline for future vacancies
- Produce concise reports ( weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Providing hands-on coordination support to the HR team with internal projects, including market benchmarking of salaries and benefits.
- Proactively source talent for current vacancies
Must have skills / experience
- Blockchain, Crypto and NFT enthusiast
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems - preferably Greenhouse
- Ability to work under pressure but maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to flexibly demonstrate and generate ideas to challenges.
- Project management and organisational skills
- Highly organised, flexible team player with excellent prioritisation, strong follow-up skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
You’ll have an advantage if you have experience of:
- Experience recruiting into blockchain or cryptocurrency businesses
- Prior experience in a hyper growth startup
- Prior experience in an inhouse recruiter position
