Community Growth Manger （South Korea）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating growth strategy for OKEx Korea Telegram Group, using various methods to achieve growth goals.

2. Design the growth activities of the telegram group and manage the users in layers to effectively improve the activity and conversion rate of the community; continue to explore user needs and continuously increase the conversion rate.

3. Establish a systematic growth model, improve the experimental mechanism, combine needs and hot spots, and use different promotion methods to enhance the effectiveness of the promotion.

4. Provide timely feedback and summary of the daily work and activities of the telegram group, monitor the effects of channel data, provide data analysis reports on time, output corresponding conclusions, refine and optimize plans and promote implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. Use Korean as a native language, and be able to use English as a working language proficiently. Familiar with the growth model of the telegram group, and can continuously explore the most effective community conversion method nowadays to achieve the conversion goal.

2. Understand the various methods of telegram group operation, be familiar with telegram group operation tools, have strong creativity and writing skills, and understand user needs and psychological characteristics.

3. Have excellent service awareness and communication and coordination skills.

4. Have a strong ability to withstand pressure, be goal-oriented, and be able to assume greater work pressure and responsibilities.

5. Familiar with the blockchain industry and the cryptocurrency industry, and have more than 2 years of work experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
