About the Role

Kraken Bank is looking for an experienced regulatory compliance analyst. The ideal candidate should be self motivated with a background in BSA/AML compliance, as well as experience with audit procedures, regulatory interpretation, and risk management. The candidate should have excellent oral and written skill and be able to communicate effectively between multiple teams in the organization. They should be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be committed to understanding and innovating within the changing regulatory landscape.


Responsbilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on regulatory compliance processes
  • Stay current with all guidance related to regulatory compliance
  • Develop and provide regulatory reports
  • Assist with oversight of audit and licensing procedures
  • Engage in interactions with management, auditors, and vendors
    • Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of compliance experience related to financial services
  • Strong understanding of compliance risk management principles
  • Knowledge and experience of the regulatory audit process
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
